# Attendee Removal Feature

Organizers can remove attendees under both “Invited” and “Registered” Status. You can now easily manage your registrant data directly within the platform by exporting, editing, and re-importing the attendee lists.

**Note:**

* Attendees under "Attended" status with online or onsite check-in records **cannot** be removed.\

**To remove an attendee:**<br>

1. Select the attendee and click on the “Remove” option.\

**Remarks**

* Removed attendees are also included in registrant quota. No quota will be refunded if the organizer removes a Registered attendee.
* Invited attendees have not consumed any quota. Only Registered attendees will consume quota.

## Frequently Asked Questions

### Q: Which attendees cannot be removed from the People List?

**A:** Attendees under "Attended" status who have online or onsite check-in records cannot be removed from the People List. Only attendees under "Invited" or "Registered" status can be removed.

### Q: Does removing an attendee free up registration quota?

**A:** No. Removed attendees are still counted against your registrant quota. If you remove a Registered attendee, that spot is not refunded back to your available quota.
