Common Questions
How do I get an attendee's magic link to share with them? — Go to People List > attendee profile > three-dot menu > Copy Magic Link. See Magic Links.
Will changing a ticket type automatically notify the attendee? — No. Confirmation emails are not sent automatically after a ticket type change. You must resend manually. See Change Ticket Type.
Can attendees update their own registration details after registering? — Yes, if "Enable Attendee Registration Editing" is toggled ON in the registration form settings. See Attendee Portal.
