## View Attendee Activity Logs

## Introduction

By using the activity logs, organizers are able to view the history, actions and also changes made towards a particular account. To do so, go to the **People List** > click on the profile icon and click on the highlighted icon shown below.\

## Remarks

1. Only events created after 5th September 2024 will have this feature included.

## Who's changes will be shown?

The changes made by the roles mentioned below will be reflected on the attendee's activity log.

1. **The attendee itself** - For example, the attendee makes changes their registration details via the *My Registration* button.
2. **The organizer** - This includes the event manager, organization manager and the organization admin.
3. **Event helper** - These are the on-site staff who are handling the check-in operations.
4. **EventX engineers** - This will include changes via code.

## What changes can be shown?

The changes and actions listed below will be shown on the *Activity Log* of an attendee.

1. Organizer invites email address as a Speaker.
2. Organizer invites email address as a Booth Exhibitor.
3. Organizer invites email address as a Booth Representative.
4. Organizer / Event Helper / Attendee updates the attendee profile information.
5. Event Helper creates a new walk-in attendee via the Check-in App.
6. Attendee completes their registration.
7. Organizer bulk updates the People List.
8. Organizer adds attendee via RSVP invitation flow.
9. Organizer adds a Lead Finder lead into the event.
