# Exporting Attendee List Report

**To keep a record of all the participants who attended your event, you can now export the attendee list report anytime from the** [**Organizer portal.**](https://portal.eventx.io/) **This feature is available on our Enterprise plan.**

To export the attendee list report:

**Step 1:** Log in to your account at [**portal.eventx.io**](https://portal.eventx.io/) using your organizer login details.\
**Step 2:** Once logged in, enter your event and click on **People List**.\

**Step 3:** To filter a specific group of attendees, click on the filter icon and input the desired filtering. If you would like to export the entire People List, simply skip this step.\

**Step 4:** Click on the Export button and select Attendee List Report.\

**Remarks:**

1. The exported file will be in CSV format
2. The exported attendee list report data includes attendee details such as:

6. Last name

8. Secondary email

12. In-person attendance status
13. Magic Links
14. Role tags - The role assigned to the attendee.
15. Created at, Attended at, Registered at
16. Registration form used
17. Registration UTM parameters
18. Ticket class
19. Order ID
20. Order date
21. Purchaser email
22. Purchaser name
23. Promo code
24. Job title
25. Organization
26. Area code
27. Contact number
28. City
29. Country
30. Check-in method (if there is check-in)
31. Attendee tags - The tag assigned to the attendee.
32. Check-in QR Code link (if there is check-in)
33. Check-in QR data string
34. Breakout session attendance
35. Registration questions
36. Custom field questions
37. Survey questions (if the post-event survey is toggled on)
