# Connecting hardware devices for physical check in

**Physical event check-in is one of the most crucial parts of an event. Make your check-in process quick, seamless, and efficient so your guests start to have a great experience at the start of your event. It all starts with being well prepared with your check-in device, check-in app and printer.**

**Recommendations:**

* For Physical check-in, it is recommended to have 1 pocket wifi (with network) linked with 2 iPads and 1 printer (suggest *Brother QL 820*)
* For events having an estimate of 300 attendees or less, it is highly recommended to have 4 iPads, 2 pocket wifi and 2 printer (suggest *Brother QL 820*)and extra name badge sticker rolls for a smoother reception check-in experience.
* For longer running hours of the event, please remember to have **chargers** for iPads or pocket wifi
* Make sure to have **power outlets** in check-in areas
* We also suggest having enough manpower on site for check-in.
