Kiosk Mode (Self Check-in)

Kiosk Mode allows attendees to check themselves in by scanning their QR code on a shared iPad — no staff needed. It is also available for attendees to look up their assigned table number.
Whitelabel addon required — Kiosk Mode is only available with the Whitelabel addon.
Check-in App installed on an iPad (shared device).
Attendees must have their QR code ready (from their confirmation/reminder email).
Open the Check-in App on the shared iPad.
Go to Settings > Kiosk Mode.
Toggle Kiosk Mode on.
Configure the following options as needed:
Auto check-in — Attendees are checked in automatically when their QR code is scanned.
Table number lookup — Attendees can scan their QR code to view their assigned table number.
Place the iPad in a stand at the event entrance, facing the attendee.
Customize the Kiosk Mode screen with a branded background image.

Upload the image in Settings > Kiosk Mode > Background Image.
Attendee approaches the Kiosk Mode iPad.
They hold their QR code in front of the camera.
The app scans the QR code and processes the check-in (or displays the table number).
A confirmation is shown on screen.
Self check-in — Reduce staff workload at busy events.
Table number lookup — Attendees can find their table assignment without queuing at the registration desk.
Kiosk Mode supports the same language as the event setting (English, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese).
The Check-in App must remain open and on the Kiosk Mode screen for attendees to self-check-in.
A: Yes. The Check-in App supports offline mode. Attendee data syncs when connectivity is restored.
A: The app displays an error message. The attendee should contact the organiser for a valid QR code.
A: No. Kiosk Mode requires the Whitelabel addon.
