If you are using Outlook or Hotmail, there is a chance that the Check-in QR Code image in the confirmation or reminder emails ends up being blocked as shown in the images above. This happens when the content is being blocked by the email client (Outlook).

### Solution

In order to unblock the image content, please refer to the steps in [this article](https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/block-or-unblock-automatic-picture-downloads-in-email-messages-15e08854-6808-49b1-9a0a-50b81f2d617a) for more information.

### Remarks

1. If you are using HTML code content in your emails, the behaviour of Outlook versions on Windows and Mac are different. Generally, the Windows version has stricter policies and therefore might block the HTML code content.
