## Common Questions

**Q: What happens if I exceed my plan's attendee limit?** A: Attendee details will be masked once you exceed the limit. You can increase capacity by purchasing an add-on of USD 50/month per 100 attendees.

**Q: What happens if my payment is overdue?** A: Your admin portal access will be temporarily suspended, but attendees can still access the platform. Provide payment proof to <finance@eventx.io> to restore access.

**Q: How do I set up a custom domain?** A: Go to Custom Domain in the EventX portal, add your domain, configure CNAME/TXT records with your domain provider, and click Verify Domain.
