# In-event Dashboard

**As the event organizer, we know you would like to keep track of how the entire event is doing. EventX Virtual platform provides you with a live in-event organizer dashboard.**

The real-time in-event dashboard shows real-time attendee count at for different usage areas during the event.

**The In-event Dashboard**

**Note:** The dashboard shows the unique attendee count regardless the number of tabs, devices, or browsers that the same user is using.

The in-event dashboard would show the numbers of attendees for the following activities:

* The total number and breakdown of attendees that have attended the event. The breakdown includes:
* Hybrid attendees
* Physically checked-in attendees
* Virtual attendees
* Number of attendees pending to arrive / enter the event.
* Active number of attendees in the webapp in real-time.
* Breakdown of the number of live attendees in the webapp for different pages.
* Number of attendees in each live or on-demand session.
* Number of attendees in each booth.

**View the In-event data on the dashboard page**

* **Lobby:** Shows the number of unique active attendees engaging in the Lobby page
* **Schedule & Sessions**: The number of unique active attendees engaging in the Schedule page and/or each Live and On-demand session.
* **Halls & Booths:** Number of unique active attendees engaging in multiple halls and/or each booth detail page.\
  **Note:** Booth table video call will be counted under the Booths segment
* **Networking Lounge:** Number of unique active attendees engaging in the following:
  * Networking Lounge main page
  * Speed Networking
  * Video call in table chat
* **Product Catalog**: Number of unique active attendees engaging in the Product Catalog listing page and/or each product detail page.\
  **Note**\*\*:\*\* If the attendee enters the product detail pagefrom the booth page, the engagement will be counted under the Product Catalog page.

To view a further breakdown of the view count for the **Schedule & Sessions** and **Halls & Booth** pages, simply switch between the corresponding tabs.\
