Q: Can I embed third-party websites in the EventX WebApp? A: iFrame embedding is supported when using a custom domain (Enterprise Plan). By default, custom pages open in a new tab.
Q: What are the recommended specs for lobby images and videos? A: Desktop lobby background: 1920 x 1080px (16:9), max 2 MB for images, max 100 MB for video (MP4).
Q: How do I change the theme color of my event? A: Go to the WebApp section and select main and secondary theme colors under Theme Color. You can reset to default at any time.
