# How to Configure Daily Registration & Attendance Summary

**Objective:** Configure and view a daily email summary of registrations and attendance for your events.

## Prerequisites

* **Role:** Organization Admin or Manager
* **Credits:** At least 1 **Manual Email** credit per recipient per send
* **Events:** At least 1 hosting event

## Steps

1. Go to **Organization** > **Daily Summaries** tab.
2. Click **Create digest**.
3. Enter a **Name** (e.g., `Daily ops summary`).
4. Toggle **Enabled** on.
5. Select **Send time (daily)** and **Timezone**. Defaults: 9 AM, `Asia/Hong_Kong`.
6. Select **Events to include** (max 50).
7. Add **Recipients** (max 50):
   * Enter **Name (optional)** and **Email**.
   * Click **Add**.
8. Click **Save**.
9. Click **Test** on the digest row to verify delivery.
10. Click **History** to view send results:
    * Check **Scheduled at**, **Sent at**, **Status**, **Recipients**, **Credits**, **Error**.
    * Statuses: **Sent**, **Test**, **Failed**, **Skipped — insufficient credits**, **Skipped — no events**, **Skipped — no recipients**.

## Notes

* Each summary uses your chosen **Send time** and **Timezone**. The previous fixed 9 AM system digest is removed; organisers configure their own schedule.
* History retains records for **90 days**. Deleting a digest does not remove its past history within the retention window.
* Skipped sends do not consume credits and do not advance the schedule — the next due send covers the skipped window.
* Test sends charge 1 credit per recipient and appear as **Test** in history.
