# Event App

## Overview

The EventX Event App is a mobile application for both Android and iOS that enables attendees to access event modules, collect and export contacts, network with other attendees, and manage their event experience. With built-in Lead Capture functionality, the Event App allows attendees and exhibitors to scan QR code badges and instantly collect contact information right from their smartphones.

Key capabilities include e-ticket management, agenda browsing, speaker information, attendee networking, live Q\&A, file sharing, and contact exchange with follow-up messaging.

**A:** Use the Scan Attendee button to capture contacts via QR code. To export, click the Export List button and the scanned contact list will be sent to your registered email address as a CSV file.

**A:** Yes, you can click on any attendee's name in the Attendees list, use the "Chat" button for direct messaging, or use the "Meetup" button to schedule a meeting. The invitee receives both an email and an in-app notification.
