## Common Questions

### Q: What devices and browsers are supported for Lead Capture?

**A:** Recommended: Samsung Internet 13+, Android Browser 133+, Chrome for Android 133+. iOS Safari does not natively support the Barcode API, so Android devices are preferred. Firefox is not supported.

### Q: How do I enable Lead Capture for an exhibitor?

**A:** In the portal, go to the People List, select the attendee, click Edit, and toggle on "Enable to Lead Capture User." The attendee must have Registered or Attended status. An invitation email with the activation link will be sent automatically.

### Q: Can multiple devices use the same Lead Capture account?

**A:** No, concurrent logins are not supported. A Lead Capture account can only be logged into one device at a time.
