Meetup is an appointment booking system for exhibition events. Attendees can set up booths with representatives, book appointments with other attendees, and request meetups. Organizers configure events and invite attendees.

Attendee

• Book an Appointment — Schedule a time slot with an attendee's representative

• Request a Meetup — Peer-to-peer booking (auto-confirmed)

• Cancel an Appointment — Cancel a scheduled booking

• Set Up Your Booth — Add representatives and manage availability

• View and Manage Bookings — Accept, reject, or cancel incoming bookings

Organizer

• Set Up an Event — Create an event, configure slots, invite attendees
