# Organizer

Create an event, configure time slots, and invite attendees.

## Steps

**Step 1:** Navigate to the organizer setup page.

**Step 2:** Enter your **email** to create an organizer account.

**Step 3:** Create an event with:

* **Event name**
* **Location**
* **Start date/time** and **end date/time**
* **Business matching start/end** (display hours for attendees)
* **Slot duration** (e.g., 15, 30, or 60 minutes)
* **Require cancellation reason** (toggle)

**Step 4:** Save the event.

**Step 5:** Invite attendees by entering their **name** and **email** — each attendee receives an auth link to access their booth.

## After Setup

* Attendees receive an **auth link** to access their booth dashboard
* Attendees can set up their representatives and availability
* Attendees can book appointments with each other using booking links

## Reminders

* If you update the event start time or end time, all attendee meetup status will be turned off automatically
* Attendees' meetup settings will resume to the original setup after the update
* All scheduled appointment timeslots will be released to the attendees' meetup schedule
* Contact support if the event time needs to be changed after bookings are made
* The Meetup can only be scheduled and held during the event hosting period
