# Email Statistics & Resend

## Email Statistics

Our platform integrates with Sendgrid to provide detailed email statistics for each campaign. After an email has been sent, the email statistics can be previewed on the right side of the automated and manual emails. The statistics covered here are the **Delivered**, **Opened** and **Clicked** rates.

**Remarks**

1. The statistics exclude bot clicks, ensuring an accurate number.

In order to view more statistics, click on the Dashboard icon by hovering over the email template.\

The following statuses can then be seen. To view the definition of each item, hover over the question mark icon.

## Email Resend

To resend an automated or manual email via the dashboard page, click on the status that you would like to resend to. For example, attendees under "Not Opened".

Then, scroll down, select the attendees and click on the resend icon. Note that for automated and manual emails that use this resend flow, each email resent will consume 1 manual email credit.\
