# Viewing Email History

After each email is sent out successfully, organizers are able to view the email history for both automated and manual emails. The email history can be downloaded as proof to show that the emails have been sent out by the organizer.

## Automated Emails

To view the email history, hover over the desired automated email template and click on the **Dashboard** icon.\

Next, click on the view icon to view the email sent or click on the download icon to download the HTML document of the sent email.\
**Note:** Only emails that are sent after 8th August 2024 will have a preview when downloaded.\

To bulk export the email history, select the attendees and click **Export Email Preview**.\

## Manual Emails

To view the email history, hover over the desired manual email template and click on the **Dashboard** icon. Once clicked, the method to view the emails sent are similar to the automated emails.\
