# Use Case : How to add an attachment into the email template?

As a workaround to add an attachment into the manual or automated email templates, organizers can follow the steps below.

1. Click on the edit icon to edit the email template.
2. On manual email\

4. Drag and drop the **Text** field onto the email template.\

5. Once the text box has been added, simply input a link that directs the attendee to the attachment. For example, organizers can attach a Google Drive link.\
