# Use Case: Why is a different sender name being shown on Outlook?

## Use Case: Why is a different sender name being shown on Outlook?

## Summary

1. For both automated and manual emails, there are cases where Outlook does not display the sender name as set on the EventX portal. This is due to Outlook's internal settings.

## When will this happen?

A different sender name will be displayed on Outlook when there the ***Add to calendar***toggle is on.\
