## Common Questions

* **Which payment gateway should I use?** — KPay for HK-focused events (supports PayMe/FPS), Stripe Direct for most events (EventX-managed, 13 currencies), Stripe Connect if you have your own Stripe account. * **Are Stripe processing fees refunded on cancellations?** — No. Stripe processing fees from the original transaction are not returned on refunds.
