Setting Up Invitation-Only Events

For a invitation only events, the attendee can only register through these following methods:

* Invite Attendee (COMING SOON)
* RSVP invitation
* Import Attendee / Add an attendee

If attendee go the event landing page, will ask the attendee login to verify his identity
