How many ticket types can I create? — Maximum 44 ticket types per event. See Ticketing Setup.
Can promo codes be applied to add-on items? — No. Promo codes only apply to tickets, not add-ons. See Add-on Item.
What happens to ticket quota when an order is cancelled? — The ticket quota is released and available for new purchases. See Offline Payment.
Can the same email register multiple times? — Yes, for in-person events with multiple ticket purchase enabled. Each registration gets a unique QR code. See Multiple Registration with Same Email.
