## Assign Registration Ticket

We have launched an enhancement on the registration flow. For all the event created after Nov 17, 2023, these changes will be applied.

#### Use Case

1. A company admin or secretary registers multiple entry for the event and would like to assign the ticket for the colleagues.

#### Prerequisite

1. In-person event only, not include virtual & hybrid events yet
2. Public event only, It is not a private event

#### Major Changes

1. Event Register button will be separated with Login button
2. Same email address can register to the event more than once. It will be treated as separate records on the attendee list
3. The attendees
4. For the later registration, the ticket owner will need to assign the ticket to second owner with separated email address.

#### Limitation

1. RSVP form & Registration widget are not supported in this flow.

#### Registration Flow Demo

Ticket owner will receive a confirmation email.\

On portal side, Organiser can change the email template for Confirmation Email for Ticket Owner.\

If same email address registered the event, the owner can assign the second ticket to another owner.\

If he/she use the same email address to register the event again, he/she will hold the ticket first. He/She will need to assign the ticket to other user that with separate email address. On portal side, Organiser can change the email template (both with Payment and without Payment) for Ticket Assign Email for Ticket Owner.
