## Registrant Attendee Quota/ Pax Calculation

## Event Level Breakdown

In the attendee list, there are a number of figures that give us different information. The definitions of the numbers highlighted are:

1. **Total Number** - Total number of records that are shown on the attendee list. This might be affected by various filters if any filters are applied. Be sure to check if any filters are being utilized to make sure that the numbers shown are accurate.
   * **Note:**
   * If there are any attendees that have been removed, they will no longer be shown on the attendee list.
   * Once an attendee is removed, the attendee check-in QR Code will become invalid. This logic applies even if the organizer re-imports the attendee with the same email address and resends the confirmation email.- If you would like to view the Registered Attendees that are stated under the Event Registrants breakdown, simply use the filters below:\

   * Under Status, select Registered and Attended\

2. **Event Registrants** - The total number of registered visitors for the event. This includes attendees that have been removed from the attendee list. To view the breakdown of the number of event registrants, simply hover over the number.
3. **Note:** Event managers and special roles (hosts, speakers, booth exhibitors & booth representatives) are not counted in the event registrant quota.\

4. **Organization Quotas Remained**
5. The remained Registrant Quota within the current Subscription period.

1. Removed Attendees will still consume the Registrant Quota.
2. Waitlisted attendees via Approval Mechanism will still consume Registrant Quota.
3. Rejected attendees via Approval Mechanism will still consume Registrant Quota.
4. Invited Attendees and RSVP Invited Attendees that are under Invited status will not consume any Registrant Quota.
5. Imported Attendees under Registered will consume the Registrant Quota.
